The rules governing your use of UtilityRadar.
These terms govern your use of UtilityRadar (the "Service"), operated at utilityradar.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
UtilityRadar is a reference directory of wastewater treatment plants aggregated from public datasets, regulatory filings, and operator disclosures. The information is provided for research, journalism, and general informational purposes.
We do not guarantee that any record is current, complete, or free of error. You should independently verify facts before relying on them for legal, regulatory, investment, or safety-critical decisions.
You may browse, search, link to, and cite UtilityRadar freely. You may not:
Every plant record shows its primary source. When you cite UtilityRadar, please also credit the underlying source listed on the plant page. Fair citation and academic use are welcome.
When you submit an update suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, verify, and publish that information. You warrant that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The UtilityRadar name, logo, interface, and original editorial content are owned by UtilityRadar. Underlying plant data is either public-domain or sourced with attribution to its rights holders.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityRadar and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on data that later proves inaccurate.
You may link to any page on UtilityRadar. We ask that you do not frame our pages, misrepresent the relationship between your site and ours, or imply endorsement without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
