PLUMELIAU Le Maneguen is an advanced wastewater treatment plant located in the commune of Pluméliau-Bieuzy, in the Morbihan department of Brittany, France. The plant serves a population of approximately 1,715 residents, reflecting its role in managing wastewater for a small rural community.
