OSCHIRI_REG_CARROZZA is a municipal wastewater treatment plant located in Oschiri, in the Gallura region of northeastern Sardinia, Italy. The plant serves a population of approximately 3,768 residents and is situated along the Strada Provinciale 16M, between Oschiri, Berchidda, and Monti. As a secondary treatment facility, it provides biological treatment to reduce organic pollutants and suspended solids before discharge. The plant operates under Italy's implementation of the EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (91/271/EEC), which requires secondary treatment for agglomerations with a population equivalent (PE) between 2,000 and 10,000.
