UWWTP Niedorpen is a former wastewater treatment plant located in Nieuwe Niedorp, in the province of Noord-Holland, Netherlands. The plant was designed with a capacity of 12,177 m³/day and provided advanced treatment, reflecting the high standards of Dutch wastewater management. It served the local population in the Hollands Kroon region before its closure. As an advanced treatment facility, UWWTP Niedorpen operated under the stringent requirements of the EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (91/271/EEC), which mandates advanced treatment for sensitive areas.
